Major Byron Doan, Director

Major Byron Doan is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 21st Air Refueling Squadron. A C-17A pilot by trade, Major Doan has served for ten years in the USAF and is a graduate of both the Citadel and the University of Florida with Baccalaureates in Electrical and Computer Engineering from both schools. Major Doan's concentration at Phoenix Spark is as the Director of Operations.

Captain Justin Niquette, Digital Initiatives

Captain Justin Niquette is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 6th Air Refueling Squadron. A KC-10A pilot by trade, Captain Niquette has served for six years in the USAF, and is a graduate from both the United States Air Force Academy and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Captain Niquette's concentration at Phoenix Spark is serving as the Deputy Director of Software Innovation.

Captain Wes Williams, Venture and Acquisitions

Captain Wesley Williams is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 21st Air Refueling Squadron. A C-17A pilot by trade, Captain Williams has served for nine and a half years in the USAF, and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a Baccalaureate in aeronautical engineering with a minor in Mandarin, and the University of Southern California, with a Masters in Astronautical Engineering with a specialization in Space Launch Vehicle Design. Captain Williams' concentration at Phoenix Spark is serving as the Deputy Director of Venture and Acquisitions (Industry Engagement).

MSgt Sean McKinney, Superintendent

Master Sergeant Sean McKinney is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 60th Maintenance Squadron (MXS). An Electrical & Environmental aircraft maintainer by trade, he has been in the USAF for fifteen years and has been stationed at Luke AFB, AZ, McGuire AFB, NJ, and Travis AFB, CA. MSgt McKinney has a Baccalaureate in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is pursuing a Masters in Cyber Security from Georgia Institute of Technology. MSgt McKinney's concentration at Phoenix Spark is as the Superintendent.

John Dickerson, Innovation & Chief Operations Officer

Mr. John Dickerson is on loan to Phoenix Spark from Manpower. A retired veteran, having served 26 years in the USAF, John has been working for Phoenix Spark for the last five years. John was previously stationed at Altus AFB, OK, Loring AFB, ME, Travis AFB, CA, and Dover AFB, DE. John has a Baccalaureate in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Program Management. John's concentration here at Phoenix Spark is Operations Management, Procurement, Budget Management, Facilities, and Lab Operations. Having worked at Phoenix Spark for several changeovers in command and personnel, Mr. Dickerson also acts as the Chief Operations Officer for Phoenix Spark.

TSgt Stephen Jogerst, Additive Manufacturing

Technical Sergeant Stephen Jogerst is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 60th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS). A 2A871 Communications/Navigation/Mission Systems maintainer by trade, he has been in 17 years and has been stationed at Travis AFB, CA, Ellsworth AFB, SD, Dover AFB, DE, and Spangdahlem AB, Germany. TSgt Jogerst has a Associates in Applied Avionics Science from the Community College of the Air Force and is currently pursuing a Baccalaureate in Aviation Maintenance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. TSgt Jogerst's concentration at Phoenix Spark is as the Head of Additive Manufacturing, Computer Aided Design, Floor Operations NCOIC, is a Project Mercury-certified professional innovator, and is an OpenX Certified Innovation Specialist.

TSgt Kevin Wolfe, Media & Marketing, Digital Initiatives

Technical Sergeant Kevin Wolfe is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 60th Maintenance Squadron (MXS). A 2A5X1 C-5 crew chief by trade, he has been in the USAF for fifteen years and has been stationed at Travis AFB, CA, Lajes AB, Portugal, Ramstein AB, Germany, Hickam AFB, HI, and is now back at Travis. TSgt Wolfe has a Baccalaureate in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

TSgt James Andrews, Digital Initiatives

Technical Sergeant James Andrews is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 60th Logistics Resource Squadron (LRS). A 2F0X1 Fuels airman by AFSC, he has been in the USAF for thirteen years and has been stationed at Travis AFB, CA, Ramstein AB, Germany, Yokota AB, Japan, Moron AB, Spain, and Kunsan Air Base, South Korea. TSgt Andrews has a Baccalaureate in Computer Science from American Military University. TSgt Andrews' concentration at Phoenix Spark is as part of the Digital Initiatives Team, with a focus on Microsoft PowerApps.

TSgt Homero Rodriguez, Media & Marketing

Technical Sergeant Homero Rodriguez is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency. A 4A171 Medical Materiel airman by AFSC, he has been in the USAF for nineteen years and has been stationed at Travis AFB, CA, for all of it. TSgt Rodriguez' concentration here at Phoenix Spark is as the Vice Chief of Marketing and Public Relations.

TSgt Brandon Gresham, Additive Manufacturing

Technical Sergeant Brandon Gresham is on loan to Phoenix Spark from the 60th Security Forces Squadron (SFS). A 3P071 Security Forces airman by AFSC, he has been in the USAF for thirteen years and has been stationed at Travis AFB, CA, Malmstrom AFB, MT, and Vogelweh AS, Germany. TSgt Gresham has a Baccalaureate in Cyber Intelligence from American Military University. TSgt Gresham's concentration at Phoenix Spark is as part of the Additive Manufacturing team.
